A revolution is a fundamental change in power or organizational structures that takes place in a relatively short period of time (Wikipedia).
Revolution is the need of the hour and not just in politics. Revolution has to occur at a basic ground level in all forms of commercial organisations, especially large corporations or those on the verge of becoming so. Blue collar and white collar employees from lower to middle levels must realize and understand the seriousness of the scenario we are all currently in. We must stop thinking, for a moment, only about our own immediate well-being or those of our immediate family and friends and instead think about the long term and permanent impacts that we can effect for the overall progress of the eternally struggling labour class and the middle class.
The top management often works using fear and threat. They create fear in the hearts of their lower level employees, constantly suggesting that their basic livelihood maybe affected severely if they do not achieve the impossible targets set before them. This insurmountable target keeps increasing constantly and is directly proportional to the greed of the company owners and their top executives. It is exactly what happens in governmental organizations running countries, which is reflected strongly on a company level. Employers squeeze employees till they break. And until such time they keep squeezing as many golden eggs out of their prized ducks for little or no cost to them or their organization while their giant egos keep expanding faster camiseta inter milan fc than hot air balloons. Once people's security is threatened they will do almost anything to keep the providers of security happy. This reminds me of a very witty yet very true quote from the legendary comedian George Carlin:
"The upper class keeps all of the money, pays none of the taxes. The middle class pays all of the taxes, does all of the work. The poor are there... just to scare the middle class. Keep them showing up at those jobs."
George Carlin stresses in his comedic routine that this is how the ruling class operates by dividing people and their needs. Then, instilling fear in them and keeping them working towards their own self-preservation. I believe it is time that people took their power back. We need to start instilling fear in the hearts of Top executives, big business owners, chairmen, CEOs, Politicians. We need to show them that society was made for the benefit of all people and not merely to cater to the oligarchic notions of certain so-called 'elite' individuals.
Dogma Rules the world and Money, which was supposed to be a means to an end, has become an end and is still the means to that End.
Well, it seems hard now to say what the youth would do otherwise because the machinery of society brainwashed by corporate giants and excessive and extensive commercialization cannot think of any nobler thing to do. It's all about the money and if you step back and take a good look at it objectively you can see clearly that they control every part of your life. You can't even get food if you don't work for a corporation, be it directly or indirectly. You would surely end up in a commercial circuit of some futbol camiseta sort and even water costs money. They also own air space, the sea and the ocean, land, very soon they're going to be selling you air and you will buy it because you will have no choice. George Carlin, the great comedian, while speaking on Bill Maher's program on ABC said this about the illusion of choice in perhaps the most commercialized, capitalistic and materialist country in the world, the USA:
"The things that matter in this country have been reduced in choice, there are two political parties, there are a handful insurance companies, there are six or seven information centers, but if you want a bagel there are 23 flavours; because you have the illusion of choice!"
People are constantly bombarded with commercials (hypnotized more like) and become cash cows for big corporations. They go to work every day for most of the day, they get paid money and to do what? Buy stuff! The stuff that these large companies make; probably the same company that employs you! And this is where you work, like a machine and a puppet, with an allocated task that becomes your small world with no place for imagination, no time for creativity, no energy to achieve your true potential, no possibility for spiritual evolution. They got you in every aspect of your life. They pay you money and then they take your money. People blindly accumulate stuff and think that their happiness is directly proportional to their having more stuff when, in fact, we're just going around in our petty little circles, chasing our own tails like a dog. There is no place for art, poetry, expression, high thought, philosophy, spirituality and only time for jobs and positions and money. Is this how we are to identify ourselves? Take away your job, your money and your name, and who are you in this world? But, were u born with those things?? No! We were born humans. A small miracle in midst of this stupendous miracle we call the universe. A Microcosm containing this macrocosm subjectively while being objectively contained by it as Sri Aurobindo would say.? We are born curious and questioning, flexible, supple in our minds and our hearts with divine possibilities but shut down by a conditioned machine-like society that condemns those who ask questions or think differently because change and progress require sacrifice and shaking up or even breaking up the current system. People shudder and shake at the thought of camiseta juventus fc new things and unknown possibilities. This neo-phobia restricts our freedom of thought and speech. We are born curious because we are meant to explore the great questions of the cosmos, venture into occult worlds.
